And what exactly is a brand/branding?

“A brand is the sum of the perceptions that are held about you, your company or your products. Branding is any activity you undertake that can alter those perceptions.”

One of my all-time favourite explanations of branding.

My job as a brand designer is to understand what we need those perceptions to be and make sure we put a plan in place, and design specifically to achieve those perceptions of your brand.

And that is how we appeal to your target audience through purposeful and thoughtful design.
