Hi I’m Emilie

A lover of animals, a Capricorn who gets up before the sunrise, and I can’t start the day without a coffee. I love all things health and fitness and I’m also mum to a pretty cute whippet called Luna.

I’m a country girl who grew up in rural NSW before hitting up the big smoke to take on design college.

I started my design career over 10 years ago and fell in love with all things branding. I started out as a designer in the hospitality industry doing branding and interior design.

I then moved into the corporate world where I bounced between companies and ended up as a designer for a big international bank. I know what you’re thinking - banks have designers??? Yep, they do and believe it or not, it’s not actually thaaaat boring.

But the daily grind felt a bit like groundhog day and I wanted to do something more fulfilling.

So I listened to my gut and took the leap into EMCO Design

I Love my coffee and I’m not a happy human until I’m caffeinated. I drink 3 a day.

I lived in Ireland for a year in a house of 7 boys and myself. It helped me to become the tolerant woman I am today.

As a teenager I had a pet Kangaroo and an Emu. #aussiefarmlife

I once walked 100km straight for charity. It took 26 hours.

I’m going to marry my best friend in 2021 and can’t wait!!
