Each project is different so timing will vary.

My smallest branding package will take roughly 3-4 weeks from your start date and larger projects can take 8-10 weeks. It can also change depending on how quickly feedback is provided.

Once payment or deposit is received I can usually start your project within two weeks.

If you require something on a tight timeline, I’ll do my best to accommodate.

However, the feasibility depends on my current schedule and the project’s complexity.

Please be aware that rush orders may incur an additional fee to account for any necessary schedule adjustments or overtime work.

Branding is a collaborative process, and my goal is to create something you absolutely love! I offer 2–3 revision rounds, so you’ll have plenty of opportunities to provide feedback and refine the design until it feels just right. I also take the time to understand your vision upfront, so we start on the right track from the very beginning!

Branding is more than just a logo—it’s the full visual identity that helps you stand out! But if you’re after a smaller package with just the essentials, I offer The Mini Unwrap, which includes a refined logo and the basics to get you started.

No worries—I get that ideas evolve! But once I’ve started working on your branding, major changes or a completely new direction may come with extra costs. That’s why we focus on getting everything clear from the start.

Spending time upfront on brainstorming and strategy is like setting a solid foundation—it helps us avoid unexpected detours later. The more details you share about your vision, goals, and inspirations in the beginning, the smoother the process will be.

A detailed brief is our best friend! The more insight I have into your preferences and brand direction, the better I can bring your dream brand to life—without unnecessary twists and turns.

1️⃣ Get in Touch – Fill out our enquiry form, letting us know your preferred service and start date. I’m usually booked 2–4 weeks in advance, so the sooner we chat, the better!

2️⃣ Availability & Project Details – I’ll reply with my current availability and ask a few key questions about your project to make sure we’re a great fit.

3️⃣ Booking & Payment – If everything looks good and you’re happy with the timeframe, I’ll send over an invoice and a contract. For projects under $500, full payment is required upfront. For anything over $500, it’s 50% upfront and 50% upon completion. If your project needs a custom quote, I’ll send that first before moving forward.

4️⃣ Design & Revisions – Once your deposit is received, I’ll schedule your project into my production timeline and start creating! You’ll receive proofs, and we’ll refine the design with 2–3 revision rounds to get it just right. Additional revisions beyond this are available at $100 + GST per hour, but most projects are wrapped up within the included revisions.

5️⃣ Final Approval & Delivery – Once you’re 100% happy with the design, the final payment (for projects over $500) will be due. After payment is received, I’ll send your files via a Dropbox link, ready for you to use!

I totally get that branding is an investment! While I don’t offer discounts, I do make sure that every package is packed with value, giving you a polished, professional brand that sets you up for success.
